Account and venture privacy.
Forge World is operated by Holland Enterprise Holdings LLC. This notice describes the current development pilot; it will be reviewed before paid public enrollment.
The private venture portal stores account names, email addresses, password hashes, membership roles, sessions and the business records saved in a shared venture. Authorized members can see the records their role permits. A public sample Collection Book contains illustrative concepts, not your private cards.
The private venture portal and its current application data are hosted on DigitalOcean. Application backups are created and restore-checked there. The marketing website and separate owner-review builder use other hosting and storage; not every local file or card has been migrated. Operational and security logs may record access and errors.
New paid Build enrollment is not open, and this website does not collect subscription payments. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share. Use the contact options below to ask about access, correction, removal or retention of your account information. A specific retention schedule and final commercial privacy terms remain to be finalized.
HOSTED OWNER REVIEW
Separate owner-review builder.
The builder uses a connected OpenAI API project. Building or discussing sends your message, relevant project source, recent conversation and selected attachments to OpenAI. ChatGPT and Codex subscriptions do not fund this hosted API usage. Public customer access is not open in this review release.
Where each build is stored
Project metadata, job receipts and app records are stored in the hosted private database. Generated source, retained design versions, record-history snapshots, uploaded documents and images, and generated media are stored in private object storage. Server access is scoped to the signed-in account and project. The browser also retains a local record copy while you work. Downloaded exports are separate copies.
Images, documents and media
Selected images and PDFs can be sent to OpenAI as input; supported text and Word document content is extracted for the prompt. Files remain associated with the project vault. Runway generation requires a separate provider API connection and explicit acknowledgement of paid usage. Provider API keys entered in Media tools are encrypted in server storage and are excluded from project exports and model prompts. Installing a ChatGPT plugin does not provide a hosted API key.
Access and retention
Review access is restricted to the configured owner account through ChatGPT sign-in. Project versions and records are retained until managed by the operator; this review does not yet offer an automatic deletion or retention schedule. Only upload information you are authorized to process. Use fictional records while evaluating generated software. Provider processing follows the applicable API account settings and terms.
Generation boundaries
Generated browser source is validated and runs in an isolated preview without account access or external network requests. A narrow bridge saves project JSON records through the authenticated host. Undo restores the design while retaining app records. Source exports contain executable browser code. Real payments, customer authentication, messaging and production integrations require separate implementation and testing; a successful preview does not establish production readiness.
