FORGE WORLD · PRIVATE PILOT
Pilot terms — review draft
1. The platform and its operator
Forge World is a software platform brand operated by Holland Enterprise Holdings LLC. “Build and run your ventures” describes the intended product experience. The brand is not a separate legal entity. An illustrative venture card does not itself create a company, establish ownership, issue equity or authorize commercial launch.
2. Accounts and venture permissions
Use your own account, protect your credentials and access only projects you are authorized to use. Membership and role determine access to a shared venture. Sharing a card link does not grant membership. Account access does not confer equity, partnership, employment or intellectual-property ownership.
3. Development status and review
Forge World is under development. Features and availability may change. Illustrative cards, names and marks are examples, not launched businesses, customer endorsements or legally cleared brands. Review generated software, content and business decisions before relying on them. A card, prototype or internal approval is not a guarantee of legal compliance, market demand, revenue or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Monthly Build plans
Building will require an account and a monthly Build plan. Pricing, included usage, hosting charges, renewal, cancellation, refunds and any taxes must be disclosed and expressly accepted before billing starts. No subscription charge is authorized by viewing this website, opening a sample book, signing in or receiving an invitation. Paid checkout is disabled while those details are pending.
5. Your materials and other people’s rights
Only upload materials you are entitled to use. Account access does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing materials. Ownership and licensing of generated output, custom development, collaborator contributions and venture assets must be addressed in the applicable final agreement. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and confidential information.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, infringement, impersonation or disclosure of someone else’s private information. Do not bypass access, review or usage controls. The operator may restrict access to protect the service and affected users.
7. Data, integrations and release responsibilities
Different services may store different parts of the experience. The current venture pilot uses DigitalOcean; the marketing site and separate owner-review tools use other hosting. Do not assume every local card or file has been migrated. AI and other integrations may send submitted information to the relevant provider; review the current privacy notice and project-specific disclosures. Production updates require testing, backups and an appropriate deployment process. Backup availability is not a promise of uninterrupted service or zero data loss.
8. Final legal review
Commercial warranty, liability, dispute, governing-law, termination, data-export and retention provisions must be finalized with counsel before paid public enrollment. Existing signed agreements, if any, are not amended by this marketing draft. For questions use the contact options on the support page.
